Winners of the Fall Rensselaer Change the World Challenge Announced

The Paul J. ’69 and Kathleen M. Severino Center for Technological Entrepreneurship at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute recently held its biannual Change the World Challenge during which four student teams were named winners for the business concepts they developed to address societal challenges.

Rensselaer Student Yuvraj Chopra Recognized By Nassau County

Yuvraj Chopra, a student in the Lally School of Management and the School of Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, recently received a citation from Nassau County in recognition of the contributions he has made to the region and community.

Rensselaer School of Architecture Students and Faculty Launch Installation at Oslo Architecture Triennale

Students and faculty from the School of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute recently launched an installation at the Oslo Architecture Triennale, the biggest architecture festival in the Nordic region focused on tackling architectural and urban challenges. The installation, Message in a Bottle, will remain up at the Oslo National Museum of Architecture through Sunday, November 24.

Rensselaer Faculty and Students to Pay Tribute to Harriet Tubman

In honor of the 170th anniversary of Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery, students and faculty from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the University at Albany, and Albany Law School have collaborated on a pop-up exhibit, which will be on display at the Albany Barn from November 22 to 23.
