The Operations and Systems Engineering Extreme Event Research (OSEEER) network, supported by the National Science Foundation, is looking for pre-tenure, tenure-track faculty in operations engineering who would like to participate in an Early Career Mentoring (ECM) program.

The goal of this program is to create and train a network of early career researchers who will collaboratively work to address high-impact, methodologically challenging problems in the broad area of hazards and disasters.

Faculty fellows will be paired with a senior scholar mentor for one year as they explore potential research topics, participate in tutorials and discussions about proposals and publications, engage in career development, and participate in ECM-wide meetings.

Applications are due on or before Monday, June 15, 2020. Approximately six fellows will be selected. Interested individuals can learn more here.
