Rensselaer Announces Innovative New Degree in Business Analytics

A new undergraduate degree program in business analytics is coming to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute this year. The major, approved by the New York State Education Department last month, will be offered through the Lally School of Management beginning in the fall semester of 2019. Researchers Pioneer Microfluidics-Enabled Manufacturing of Macroscopic Graphene Fibers

A team of researchers at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has developed a new microfluidics-assisted technique for developing high-performance macroscopic graphene fibers. Graphene fiber, a recently discovered member of the carbon fiber family, has potential applications in diverse technological areas, from energy storage, electronics and optics, electro-magnetics, thermal conductor and thermal management, to structural applications.
